Our Story

From grief to calling — a decade of saying yes.

Billy and Rebecca Altman have been equipping and encouraging marriages and families for over a decade. After serving with FamilyLife, a ministry of Cru, for 10 years, they stepped out in faith in 2024 to launch Enspire Global.

"Lord, here I am. Use me." — the prayer that changed everything.

What began in a season of loss and surrender became a calling. Today, Billy and Rebecca pour into couples, men, women, and families — bringing practical tools, personal coaching, and the hope of the gospel to those who need it most.

From weekend retreats to date nights, we partner with churches to bring couples together and equip them at every stage of relationship.

Billy meets regularly with men to help them grow in faith, leadership, and purpose — calling them out and calling them up.

Rebecca comes alongside women who are weary, struggling, or longing for a voice that says: you are seen, you are loved, and you are not alone.

Through Blindspot Media, Billy captures and tells the stories of what God is doing around the world — through photography and film.
